I am looking for 50+ acres of land in or around Fayette County WV. This is for a non-profit Farm Sanctuary to care for sick, rescued, abused animals of all types. The land will also be used for a shelter of sorts,. I not only need the land, but I need to find someone who is willing to either donate it or sell it to me on a really nice and easy land contract. The work we will do is amazing, and this project will create many local jobs and all buildings on this site will be built with green living in mind. We also intend to use windmills, and water to generate our own electricity. It is a very exciting project and one that will not only rescue animals, but also people. I can only reveal the true project to whomever I purchase the land from; or whom ever donates it. I really need to get it off the ground. Everything is ready with the exception of the land.
