Acceptance of these terms

By using any of the content and services on Buy Bid Barter you are agreeing to this terms of use statement. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions then you can't continue to use our services. If this is the case and you also wish to discuss any part of the terms and conditions with us then we can negotiate the issue and help you understand our reasons and maybe help us further change out terms and conditions to benefit our users.

Modifications to this agreement

We reserve the right to change or modify these and the following terms and conditions at any time. The process of this will work in a way where if we make a change, before it is effective, we will send out an email to all our users with a simple fast explanation of the change, and the users can vote on whether that change is acceptable or justified. Only in a worst case situation may we not be able to make a vote effective, but in any other situation we should be able to. This site if for the good of our users, and what they want should be taken to a high consideration.

Content

What we refer to content will refer to things that appear on our site such as postings, messages, text, files, video, images, sounds, and photos. ?Content? isn't limited to just those things, but it does include them as an example. You are responsible for the content that you receive in your internet browser. You are responsibility for the content that you post, email, or send to others.

Ad Listing

When you post an advertisement you are expected to list it in the right category in our listings. Not doing so will not warrant severe punishment because this can happen by accident, but if we notice that you have place an ad in the wrong category we will notify you of the error and you will be expected to correct it. If you refuse to correct the error within 7 days of our notifying you, then actions will need to be taken. Since each case is subjective considering some cases may be a large problem and some may be slight errors, we reserve the right to decide what actions might need to be taken to correct the issue. One thing we would reserve the right to do if no action was taken on your part is simply to move the ad to the correct listing, correcting the issue.

Website updates

From time to time we will be doing updates to our website in order to add features, complete upgrades, and basically make the site more function and beneficial to our users. We reserve the right to make changes to our website anytime that we must. Changes would not impose on a user's ability to post ads or use any of the normal functions of the site, and in reality we would mainly just be adding features, not removing them.
